The monitor does not turn on. Does it say "no signal"?

When turned on on the motherboard (msi b 450 gaming plus Max), the vga led lights up and lights up. When you turn on the monitor, the latter writes "no signal detected" What could be the problem ??

Alternatively, you connect to the motherboard, and the processor does not have integrated graphics, in this case there is nowhere to take the signal from.

You need to check the cable, there may simply be no contact

Rouslan943 , there are several options:
1. If you also have a discrete video card installed (or used to), then try pulling out the battery on the motherboard (round and flat) for 5 minutes and insert it back. At the same time, it is important that the PC is completely de-energized (either by the switch on the back of the power supply, or simply unplug it from the outlet). And check again if there is a signal.
2. If you connect the monitor to the built-in DVI-D connector on the mat. motherboard, then you must have a processor with integrated graphics.
3. Try a different cable.

reset the bios? In addition to the battery, did you close / switch what you need?

All advice has already been given, except for one: check the "signal source" on the monitor - which connector the cable is plugged into or start the "search for the signal source".

Rather, the north bridge burned down, drag it to the service, the problem is not uncommon. They solder to you in a day!
