How to apply for a job in a foreign company?

Hello! I went through a lot of questions on the toaster and in general on the net, but still there is no complete picture.
Situation:
- I was invited to work remotely for a company in Australia under a contract (the first contract for 2 months with the possibility of extension).
- The contract is available only in English
- I have to accept payments to the account in $
- I do not have an individual entrepreneur and due to the place of permanent registration - it is very undesirable to draw up (it is very far geographically now)
At the moment, I realized that I would have to fill out the form myself 3-NDFL and calculate the tax at the rate on the date of receipt of income.
The questions are:

- In the description of the 3 personal income tax form, there is a mention of the date of expenses, given that the money comes to a separate foreign currency account - does the date of expenses coincide with the date of currency exchange for rubles? (transfer from dollar to ruble account)
- Will I need to ask the company to also draw up a contract in Russian to attach it when submitting?
- Do I understand correctly that you have to pay 15% of income?

An IP is now issued online in 3 days and you don’t need to go anywhere, a bank account too. Tax 6% on income and no problems.

13%
about Russian - talk to the bank in what form suits them, the original online is rarely enough

With an individual entrepreneur, a contract with a Russian translation is required, otherwise you will not pass the currency control. And so the best way is IP with a patent.
