How to animate the rotation of a 2D image in Adobe Photoshop cs6?

Tell me how to animate a simple rotation on the Adobe Photoshop timeline???

I do it in an old-fashioned way, creating duplicate layers, where I manually twist the object. Then I create frames (I open the timeline and convert it to frame-by-frame animation) and in the frames I set the visibility and time of their display. But this is a simple animation more for animators (like pixel art), perhaps there is an easier option on the first panel of the video timeline. :)
