I set up vpn on my vps using this manual

Everything works... BUT
if I turn off the computer, or go to sleep and come back, the connection is broken.
I would like to see everything, as soon as I went to the Internet, immediately vpn hop and connected.
Well, or ban the Internet until it connects to vpn
