Why isn't there a single vpn/proxy extension for chrome that works like a whitelist?

There are several domains that don't work in my region. When I access them, I want the browser to immediately try to connect to them through a proxy. All other sites should load directly. Why is there no such extension?

Before looking for a rare extension - you have to ask yourself - does anyone need it? Moreover, working with proxies that work in the "gray" zone.
UPD: On Mikrotik, this is done in two clicks in winbox :) on Linux too.
