How to align svg with css?

So there are a lot of svgs glued into a sprite, different svgs are displayed with the same positioning, but unfortunately they look different and you have to play with height width to find the optimal size so that they don’t move to the center of the svgs, is there a property that will tell them stick to the left edge? Thank you
