How to add USB 3.0 on Lenovo V570?
Hello! The task is to put USB 3.0 on the V570 (for faster transfer to an external hard drive) instead of something. Will this device (or similar ones) work instead of the Card Reader and will it fit at all? Maybe there are other options?

It all depends on how straight your arms are. There are several options:
1. If the platform is Wistron LZ57, as I think, then either on the main board or on the additional one there should be a place for desoldering the USB 3.0 controller. The controller is unsoldered, the strapping is taken from the donors and also unsoldered. There is a chance that it will even work without additional dances with a tambourine.
2. It seems like in this laptop there should be a place for desoldering a mini pci-e connector for a 3g / 4g modem. If it is soldered, then something like this is bought on Ali: https://ru.aliexpress.com/item/wholesale-Mini-PCI-... , the connector cuts into the case in a free place. If it is not soldered, then it is searched for on the donor, soldered, the harness is soldered.
