How to add an icon to a context menu item?

The essence of the question is this: There is a MovAvi video Converter program. Allows you to convert video, change bitrate, etc. Earlier, during installation, he asked about integrating his launch into the context menu, i.e. right-clicked on the video - there is a "Convert" item with the launch of this program and the file in it. With the release of the new version, this is no longer the case, for some reason. I added the item with handles through the registry, everything plows, but I would like to add the program icon in front of this item. Yes, it might be useful in the future. Does anyone know how to do this? Preferably manually, different tweakers are a dubious thing, after them you can not only lose the system, but in general all the information on the screw. But if there is a reliable program, then I will be glad.
