How to add an arbitrary A-record in Windows Server DNS?

Greetings. There is 2012R2, the domain and DNS server are raised on it, respectively.
This DNS server resolves all requests from the Inside network. Holds the mycompany.local domain
How can I add an entry that would resolve the site.mycompany.ru address as a local one?

Obviously, raise the mycompany.ru zone on it, and add an A-record for site there.
