How to add AI to a VK (callback) bot written in python. Just some primitive. For telegram, there is DalogFlow. Are there analogues or something for VK?

Take it and add AI to the bot.
Adding functionality to different APIs does not differ in anything - from the word "completely", just as it does not differ - in a notebook you will add two numbers, or on a drawing paper.
Either explain the problem, or it seems that you are not familiar with the very meaning of writing programs, and the interaction between the elements of the application.
