How to add a program to startup if it doesn't work?

Windows 10 x64, ScreenCaptureTool 11.09v01
The problem is that the program is added to startup, but does not start after the system boots. Tried:

  • Through the program settings
  • Adding a program shortcut to the startup folder, tried both in the user folder and in the general one
  • Adding a program to autorun through a registry entry, tried HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
  • Adding programs to autostart using the Windows Task Scheduler utility, tried the trigger after booting, after logging in, tried with the highest rights

On win 8, 8.1 I did not observe such a problem

@A1ejandro

And if you do not add a new launch, but take some unnecessary line in the autorun and slightly edit it (changing it to call the program you need)?
In general, some kind of strange problem .... Such operations should definitely be available to the administrator ...
