How to add 1C Enterprise 8 software licenses to existing ones?

There is 1C Enterprise 8.3 for 5 + 5 + 20 software licenses, all this on a remote desktop of Windows Server 2012 R2. Bought more licenses (10 jobs), you need to install on the server. The problem is that before me, the dude who installed it did not leave a txt file to fill out the form about the counterparty. And the following questions arose:
1. If I put a license through the "Service-get a license", will the old ones not go astray?
2. How can I get a file about a counterparty, maybe from 1C or from previous license files?
3. Which is better to install multi-user or single-user?
PS I read the documentation "diagonally", but I want clarification, please, if possible

Won't go astray
Information about the license owner from the LicData.txt file is only needed when restoring and re-obtaining a license using backup pincodes. If this is a new license, from the set of which the pincodes have not yet been used, then you can enter the owner’s data again as you see fit and this time save the file, or even better, print it and attach it to a piece of paper with pincodes.
If this is not the first activation, then you can request data from the licensing center by email [email protected]
In theory, of course, you can activate 10 single-player, but what's the point in that ?! Naturally, you need to activate one multi-user.
