How to import the partition structure from Bitrix to 1C?

There is a structure on the site on 1C Bitrix, a lot of directories. But I want to edit the catalog through 1C. How can I import a structure? The full catalog (structure + products + pictures) is imported just fine. But IB, which contains only sections, does not want to be imported.
