How to transfer goods from Bitrix to 1C?

Good evening.
I use processing from 1C for transfer. Everything works, of course, but after the transfer I noticed one thing:
the products in Bitrix are uncategorized, and the product category is indicated in the product property. This is how it appears on the site. Accordingly, in 1C - porridge. All products are out of categories.
How is it easier (more correct) to transfer so that the goods in 1C are scattered by category?
