In Ukraine, there is no way to accept money on paypal. There is a Russian bank card, but made on a Ukrainian passport. Is it possible to create Paypal with the receipt of money, if the city of Ukraine? Tell me, maybe there are other ways, the theme with Payoneer does not seem to work anymore.
