How now to prove that the person who made the cashback is a scammer (he received the goods, he wants to return the money)

It is not necessary to write to the toaster, but the answer to the abuse in Paypal.
They will decide who is right and who is wrong.
Something tells me that they will decide as I had "this type of product is not supported" something like this, and the money will be returned.
