PayPal and the self-employed, can I prove my income by being self-employed?

Hello!
I have my own website through which I sell my work abroad (figures). Income exceeded 100k per month.
PayPal at some point may send a "letter of happiness" about recorded commercial activity and confirm that the tax is being paid.
Question - if you register as self-employed, will this be sufficient confirmation for PayPal? It’s just that even Russian banks do not really recognize the self-employed so far and in rare cases block accounts, and here is a foreign company that probably knows nothing about the new law at all.
I do not consider IP, because I don’t want to get bogged down in knee-deep bureaucracy, especially because of the online cash register.
Thank you in advance for your help

The application for the self-employed "My tax" allows you to upload two things:
1) a certificate confirming the date of registration as self-employed;
2) income statement.
Both documents are signed by the electronic signature of the Federal Tax Service and are official.
They confirm that the Federal Tax Service is notified that you are 1) self-employed; 2) pay taxes for professional activities.
True, I'm not sure that it will be possible to carry out sales retroactively, but you can add them now and pay tax on them with the next recalculation, so that in total this covers the period of receipts for which Paypal had a question.
It is also worth double-checking the terms of your Paypal agreement, as it may be that using a non-commercial account prohibits accepting funds for professional income, and a business account may require an individual entrepreneur / company.
It is best to ask these questions to Paypal support, explaining that you are currently earning income as a self-employed person. Paypal has a local branch and is subject to local laws.

It seems to me that your type of activity currently does not quite fall under the types of activity of the self-employed, as the law formulates them. So far, various nannies, tutors, taxi drivers, etc. are indicated there. In general, services. Maybe I'm wrong.
In any case, it will be more profitable for you to register as an individual entrepreneur.
