How to access a site on the Internet in a corporate network?

Hello. There is a Windows 10 PC with access to the corporate network, you need to access a specific site on the Internet from this computer. In the network adapter of the corporate network, the IP and the gateway are set to manual. I decided to connect a wifi adapter to a PC and distribute wifi from the phone, but then access to the corporate network disappears, and when manually setting ip without a gateway, there is no access to the Internet.
How to properly configure two network adapters so that all requests go to the corporate network and there is access to a specific site on the Internet?

Do you have the ability to change network settings on a PC? Oo .... hang admins ...))
Naturally, no, the gateway is not affixed

and when manually setting ip without a gateway, there is no access to the Internet

Try to remove the gateway for the corporate network ... but I think it will also break then

Stop doing nonsense and finally get to work. Changing network settings, connecting left devices, and other attempts to bypass corporate protections can very quickly lead to an informative conversation with the director of security.
(They may not, especially since you may not have such a director. Moreover, network settings allow you to change - which means you have local admin rights)

Consult with the administrator who manages the network in the company. Only he will help.
Might have to have a beer with him

when connecting to the Internet, remove the default gateway, let it remain on the corporate network.
and in order to get to a specific site, you can register its ip in route add via the Internet and then go in (also register the domain name match on ip in hosts)
