Is it possible to organize access to the site about IPv6?

So the situation is this. The RKN blocked the site's IPv4. The VPS provider refused to issue a new IPv4 address. They say there are few addresses and there are no guarantees that they will not block again.
The provider supports IPv6. Is it possible to use only IPv6 address in NS settings?
Will the site be open to everyone? Or are there some pitfalls here?

That is, closing a CDN site with a dynamic address pool is not an option?)
And I don’t know the details about ipv6, but there were rumors that not everyone can work with it

Yes, you can configure ipv6 access.
If you give only ipv6 records and refuse ipv4 - then the site will open for about 2% of Russian users, according to google statistics .

Will the site be open to everyone?

No.
There are still few potential visitors to the site who have IPv6
