Are there ready-made linux utilities for working with bind?

Hello.
Is there any out-of-the-box utility to work with bind from the command line in order to dynamically create zones, reverse zones for them, and also remove them as needed?
At the moment, I have not yet begun to fence crutches, but since I could not google a utility for such actions, I see it like this:
When creating a new zone:
- I take existing zones from the database - I
generate a named.conf.local file from scratch based on existing zones, I change serial there - I generate zone files in /etc/bind/zones/ - direct, and reverse - I do bind9 reload When deleting any zone:

Absolutely the same - a new named.conf.local is created, and the deleted zone is overwritten in the zones folder. Then reload.
Is that how it's done? All manuals on the Internet lead to articles where people manually create zone files, etc. Isn't there automation? How, for example, do all ISPManagers work, in which you can steer DNS'om - just like I perverted above?

Through ansimble it is possible. But in general it is not very clear what is complicated there. Spawning all self-made scripts used.
