How to rebuild Squid?

I don't know where to start. Never did that.
How to rebuild squid with '--enable-ssl-crtd' option?
I rummaged around on the Internet, but everyone writes what they need, but no one writes like that :)
if it's important, I installed it from the repository.
I would be very grateful.
centos 6.5.
squid 3.1.10
Thank you.

Look in the direction of "building any program from source".
And in general - there is office. dock: wiki.squid-cache.org/Features/DynamicSslCert
1. Download sources www.squid-cache.org/Versions
2. Install required packages to build
3. Configure squid with required options
4. Collect and install:

make all
make install

The question is not in the topic: how do you solve the problem with the distribution of the Squid certificate to client machines? Or maybe you somehow get around browser warnings about server certificate mismatch when visiting https sites?
