How to accept payments in euros on the site from Russians and Ukrainians?

We rent housing in Montenegro. On our site we want to accept payment for reservations from Visa or MasterCard cards. Booking costs 50 euros. What system to use? So that we receive a reservation of 50 euros on our account, and people pay in UAH or rubles at the exchange rate on the day of the olpaty? Thanks to all.
