How suitable is the 2011 MacBook Pro 13 for web development?

I plan to purchase as a second tool for travel, etc. poppy pro 2011 with the following configuration:
Processor i5
4GB RAM
500GB hard drive
At the same time, upgrade the memory to 8GB and put the ssdshnik.
Will such a configuration work in PHPStorm for 2-3 projects at the same time + a browser with 10-15 tabs, + every little thing like telegram, itunes, postman, etc. in the background?
As the main machine, I now use a PC with an i5 3470, 8GB of RAM, a 256GB ssd - everything drags quite well, without any brakes

4GB of RAM for developing a nickname is not an approach, but you can still put up with 13.
