How relevant is such a front-end development map?
I have been working as a junior front-end developer in a large company on the REACT + REDUX grid for 9 months.
We use specific technologies, it is clear that we would not want to limit our knowledge only at work. Here is the question, I found a map of development by levels. How relevant is it? https://github.com/fullstack-development/developer... .
For a super small level middle, you need to know a lot of information on algorithms, oop, fp, etc. How relevant is this? It’s just that the same Yandex Practicum with a middle front-end developer course says that after 5 months you can get a job in any large company in the middle (I understand that it sounds too cool, but this is almost the best IT company in Russia). Suspicion that there is a way a little easier than this map.

It is impossible to get a job at the middle after 5m courses. Middle means experience that courses cannot give.
Since you are already working, I advise you to continue to work and study technologies, take a closer look at the code of your product and think about what can be improved in it. Think about what problem some new fashionable Framework would help you solve.
If your company has a practice of mentoring or grading, then look at it. Well, do not forget about your more experienced colleagues - ask them to evaluate you in order to understand the weaknesses
