BP - the most common cheap. With the same quality, you can save a little by taking a different brand, or add a little and get much better quality.
If it is taken without reserve for a powerful video card, then 600W is simply not needed.
The case is made of foil (Metal thickness 0.45 mm)
I would take more SSD (if for myself)
And you also do not have enough video card - it will not work without it.
The rest is ok.

It will be difficult to work without a video card. SSD will be missed, otherwise normal. But depending on what to program. For a conventional student studying programming - more than enough.

Current programmer's home work (mine):
Processor AMD Ryzen 5 1400
AMD HD 7770 video card - antiquity is weaker than the current integrated ones, but I'm not a gamer
Motherboard ASUS A320M-K
RAM 16 Gb DDR4 (one Crucial bar, another AMD Radeon)
128 Gb SSD + 1 Tb HDD
Power supply FSP-400PN
Case - well, it's fifteen years old, now they don't sell them anyway.
The cooler for the processor - it seems to be also DEEPCOOL, the tower
At work is the same in terms of characteristics, but on i5 - I need a Hackintosh in the virtual machine there.
And also behind the eyes ...

If you do not plan to use virtualization in development - then ok. And if you need to twist dockers, android studio to emulate smartphones - I recommend buying intel
