Which portable ARM media platform to choose?

For a number of reasons, I set out to find a small energy-saving ARM machine for the following purposes: -
reading pdf and djvu, including heavy scans of scientific literature
- surfing the Internet
- watching videos and listening to audio books
- connecting USB peripherals such as gps dongle, arduino, keyboard + mouse -
periodic operation from an external battery (!)
The machine will cling to the monitor, so the built-in screen is not desirable.
After searching among singleboard computers, I came to a choice between CompuLab's TrimSlice and SolidRun's CuBox, but I couldn't find a detailed comparison between them.
They wrote about the Raspberry Pi on Habré, but its characteristics seem to me weaker than that of the same CuBox, and there is also a need to invent a case for it.
Can anyone say anything in favor of TrimSlice/CuBox or recommend other platforms for the tasks described above?

miniitx + battery + case (I looked briefly, Google gave out not very expensive options for connecting to batteries, as I understand it, from car to UPS) ... unfortunately, it is the case and this adapter that will make up more than half of the cost of the solution.

Note to readers.
There is also an IGEPv2 board from ISee for €188.
The board comes with a plastic case from the manufacturer for €15.00.
