As written above, there are 2 options:
1. Employment, if there is a constant flow of orders, then you will have a penny to live on.
2. Do it for yourself and upload it to the AppStore, here you need to look for / steal the original idea (or make clones of popular games) that people "grab", otherwise you will be without money, without money at all. Personally, I made a clone of the Cookie Clicker game, which was super popular at that time (browser on a PC). https://itunes.apple.com/ru/app/id723364834 with investments of $3-$4K, it paid off 3-4 times. And still brings $150-$300 a month. But once again I repeat, it was just a super popular topic for 3-4 months. And I just managed to jump into the last car, there were already enough clones in the AppStore.

95% of investors will not invest in game development, and the remaining 5%, if they do, will only be in very cool game manufacturers and then through the purchase of shares.
Igrostroy is a very risky business (because the final result for a businessman is not known), so you should not expect orders to create a game from outside.
Write for yourself and sell on the market yourself.
