How to write an application on Android?

You need to write an application that will have a close relationship with the website. You need notifications, geolocation, a QR code scanner, a native interface and good performance. In addition, cross-platform (Android / IOS) is desirable. What to choose for this: Titanium, native SDK (i.e. not cross-platform) or something else?

I recommend only native SDKs, only in this way you will get quality, flexibility, any extension for the future.
Any other frameworks are more of a compromise between quality/speed/budget.

I would say - for internal use or a narrow audience (for example, applications for offline enterprises) - Xamarin will work fine. For mass applications, such as social media clients. networks, Evernote, etc. - only native SDKs.
