What are the stages of the work? How much time do you allow for each stage? How do you determine which entities and components will be in the application? What architecture? What tools do you use in your work (besides "Studio")?

A very vague question, offhand for a simple application:
1. Idea
2. Algorithm, process diagram
3. Layout sketch
4. Development of basic functionality
5. Testing
6. Fixing bugs, finalizing the remaining functionality and other embellishments
7. Final testing
8. Publication
Apart from the studio - photoshop or other graphic editor, excel. Again, a lot depends on the context, for example, some applications are needed for working with sound, others for graphics, others for databases ...
