Mobile development

Is it right to combine web development with mobile development?

Good evening gentlemen.
I understand that there are many similar questions on the Internet, but as a rule I find irrelevant topics by the date of publication
. I would also like to have a full stack in this area (Web'e). For the soul lies to the web.
But I'm also interested in native development, but I don't allow myself to do it yet.
For I'm afraid of the outcome "You're a programmer" I
have the following algorithm of actions in my head:
1) Sharpen a full stack using the above technologies for the allotted time and not look at all towards native development, and after about 3 years, still make friends with native development.
2)Sharpen the full stack of the web and engage in native development and, if possible, connect technologies.
3) Learn only web dev because I've read a lot about being "You're a programmer".
Which option is more correct in your opinion?
And why?

I want to tell a little about my situation, maybe it will be easier for someone to draw conclusions and offer something:
18 years old.
Now I am studying in college for the 2nd year, I have 3 of them in total. (IT)
There is an opportunity to get a tower after college, but somehow it’s a pity in my soul for the time, because our universities, as it were, did not want to, they do not keep up with (market) technologies. If I get at least a Junior title in a year, I want to find a job without getting a tower.
University takes half the time, because there are also assignments, they are given to me normally and do not cause difficulties.
In addition, I have heard that when you get to work, a routine often begins, and there will be no time to develop, because of this, thoughts about higher education do not want to leave me either.

PHP,Python,JS(Back and Front) for Web Development

full stack is not to learn all interchangeable languages (php, python, go, C#).
full stack on the web is: (php || python || go || C# || etc) + html + css + JS.
Native mobile development is JAVA and what lies next to it. In general, another steppe.
No one forbids everything and immediately "learn".
But in general, you need to choose one thing, otherwise there will be a mess in your head.
Having studied any one language, you will have the basics to understand and use another for a short time. Because the foundations of the foundations are the same everywhere.
tyzhprogramist is when relatives, neighbors, colleagues, strange strangers climb to you to fix a microwave, kettle or iron.
You are confusing the meaning with a shit coder or an Indian.
The level of Hinduism and shitty coding generally depends on you, and not on how much and what you learn at the same time.
