How to test the application on a specific device (smartphone) without buying this device?
The application works fine everywhere except LG G3 for some reason. There, judging by the screenshots, there is a critical problem with fonts. This smartphone is not expensive - you can, of course, go and buy it, but, you see, this is a "not scalable" testing method. Services like Amazon Device Farm do not solve the problem either, since debugging there is wildly inconvenient, and in the case of react-native, it is generally impossible.
I tried to google the rental of smartphones in St. Petersburg, but, as expected, I did not find anything. You can still exploit the law on consumer protection :) But I'm somehow ashamed to go to the nearest store and buy and return smartphones every other day.
How do you solve this problem?

How many of your customers have this machine?
How much money can they bring you (can you lose)?
Lot? Run to Svyaznoy and buy this piece of iron.
Few? Ignore. You won't be nice to everyone.
Sometimes device manufacturers provide the ability to run their application through a web form on their devices. For example, Samsung:
developer.samsung.com/remotetestlab/rtlDeviceList....
Nokia used to have this. Maybe other vendors have it now too.
But in general, the task is not trivial. If there are a lot of users of your application, then you can ask them to look at their devices through beta testing. However, it’s difficult to rake up their feedback later, so it’s worth writing clearly what to check.
Well, if you really need it, but not from anyone, you can buy the right device, and return it to the store on the same day. If the device is rare and it is not available in stores, then the question is how much priority it is to test on it.
Option 1: The company bought a phone.
2) Avito
3) Ask your friends
4) https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/g3/simulator/
5) The phone can be returned after 13 days (tell me I didn’t like it in the store) The color is wrong: D
