Does it make sense to replace the RTX 2070 graphics card with an RTX 2070 SUPER (i5 8500, 16 GB RAM)? Monitor 2k at 144 Hz.

If you change, then on a card not lower than RTX 2080 Super (or RTX 2080 Ti).
PS: Besides, having previously sold this one (RTX 2070).
