How to eliminate artifacts on images in the browser?
What can be the reason for their appearance?

Artifacts mostly appear on small images. Uncommon: 1 out of 10/20 pages may contain such pictures.
The first thing that comes to mind is traffic interception.
But this is so .. from the realm of obsessions. Scanned for viruses, portable kaspersky, doctor web, avg. I myself use Nodovsky ess. It seems that everything is clean
. Reinstalling the mozilla does not solve the problem.
