The video card does not turn on - there is no image, the fans spin for half a second and stop. I pulled out the battery, cleaned the contacts on the vidyuhi (with an eraser), tried to insert it into different slots, pulled out 1 memory stick in case the battery did not reset the BIOS, the cooler of the processor is spinning and in principle everything should work, there was the same problem at the first start a long time ago, but Decided to take the battery out. Now I can't fix it
