Why did ladders appear in GTA and other games?
In general, about a year ago, when I bought a PC, everything seems to be fine as I remember, I didn’t play high and the picture didn’t eat away my eyes, now there are ladders, drawing some objects in front of my face. And I noticed this not only in GTA, it was similar in ETC2, there were wild ladders on the ultras. Even with some 8x or 4x msaa, the ladders still remain, and in general, many people play without msaa and with anti-aliasing everything is ok.
Here is an example of my problem

Can I solve it somehow?

In the video, you turn off the options responsible for getting rid of these ladders:
FXAA or MSAA, one or the other must be enabled
Anisotropic filtering (this one is responsible for artifacts inside the planes)
if enabling the options does not change the settings, stomp into the nvidia / ati control panel and edit the game profile , since profiles can override many of these options (although, this is a shader, if it is defined by the game itself, the profile will not be able to turn it off)
