GigaByte GeForce GT 710 LP Good choice for this system?

Processor:AMD Athlon II X2 215
RAM:KingoMax DDR3 1333 2 GB
Motherboard:ASUS M4N68T-M (Rev 1.04G)
HDD: Seagate Barracuda [ST2000DM001] For 2 terabytes
I was looking for a video card with a price not higher than 3K
I was looking in DNS because there is no other normal electronics store in my city
This motherboard has a built-in GF 7025 video card, but this is clearly not enough to run the same Grand Theft Auto or Just cause 2, they are like benchmarks for me.
But on the selected video card with this hardware, they will start, right?

You will not be able to play Grand Theft Auto 5 on such a computer.
Weak processor, insufficient RAM , weak video card.
