How much does a normal server cost? And which one to choose?

Need a server for 10-30 online stores.
Stores are written in php, js, css, html, mysql.
Bases there are from 100mb to 4gb.
Traffic from 1000-200k visits per day in total over 300k.

I think that 32 GB of RAM is enough?
Where can I buy it?)

It will split like a vds server.

Maybe another 1n site will weigh on it, but it is not heavy, but with a lot of traffic. In the basis of statistics, well, 2 forms.
