Accounting for server hardware: what is the easiest to eat?

Good day!
I know that the question is hackneyed, but still ...
I’ll make a reservation right away that I was looking at RackTables, RackMonkey and Avocent Data Center Planner. A little not.
I need to keep records of servers with specifics in the direction of spare parts. This year, the support budget was cut and the box with hards is empty. It is necessary to provide the authorities with color charts, how what goes down and on which servers. That is, I will store and analyze the following data: servers, when and what burned down on them, what was replaced from the SPTA, what is now left in the SPTA. But the links between the servers and the location in the racks are not the necessary information.
The considered solutions contain a lot of such superfluous information and are therefore complicated. Is there anything that fits my needs or do I have to reinvent the wheel?
