Why won't Open Server start?

When run, it gives: 1) Ordinal number 94 was not found in the DLL LIBPQ.dll
2) PHP Strartup: Unable to load dynamic library
'C:/OpenServer/modules/php/PHP-5.3/ext/php_pdo_pgsql.dll' - Operating system cannot start %1.

I suspect that libpq.dll is from an older version.

if this library is not needed, just comment it out in php.ini

downloaded from torrents and installed in 5 minutes. True, I did not check for viruses.

I can't start OpenServer when Skype is on... And without Skype, everything takes off the first time :-)
