Try googling the HARVEST results. There, based on the results of hackathons, projects are invited to the IIDF accelerator. And then monitor the report on investments in projects and check the work of the projects themselves.
Something similar can be done with Rusbase hackathon reports.
In the finished form, there is no information about all the projects of all hackathons.
