How many freelance layout designers with Mac OS?

There are a lot of freelance customers who demand psd and only psd from a web designer. But even if you persuade them to work under Sketch, will it be a problem to find a layout designer with a poppy?

Why does a layout designer need a poppy for this. There is https://zeplin.io/ specifically so that people do not suffer with layouts and cross-platform. I opened the site and you have layouts with numbers and all sorts of goodies in front of your eyes. If the whole design is yours, then get yourself an account (paid ofk, but there are pennies) and simply invite people to certain projects, sharing the necessary layouts with them.
I haven't opened software like photoshop/sketch for a year+ and I hope it will always be like this.
Moreover, Zeplin knows how to use Photoshop and sketch.
