How many capacitors are in a dynamic memory cell?
Different sources say differently: In books, they don’t write at all how many capacitors are in a cell. They simply write that the cell contains 8 bits (for example). Other sources indicate that in one cell there is one transistor and a capacitor, but the charge opens up access to the entire row. Others generally say that a cell is a line. Of course, I want to believe in books, but understatement does not give rest.
