How to upgrade fujitsu lifebook s760?

How can I upgrade my Fujitsu lifebook s760 laptop? Maybe increase the RAM and install an SSD?
=== Looks like both RAM slots are busy - there is nowhere to add RAM. If you change the old RAM, then how to choose the right RAM to replace it with?
=== If you try to install an SSD, where to place it? Maybe instead of optical? I would also like to keep the old disk in operation, somehow redistribute the disk space.

It makes no sense, modern laptop processors are many times faster (even if you take inexpensive ones - older ones can be 10 times faster), this will be burying money down the drain. Of course, you can search on Ali for a slightly faster processor, a little more memory (2 * 8 processor supports), insert an ssd - but it will cost decent money, but the result is still much worse than if you sell this laptop and buy something it's more modern. And then it’s also most likely not possible to rearrange to a new laptop - in more or less modern ddr4 and ssd m2 (SATA or PCI-e, in general, it doesn’t matter) - it turns out a lot of difficulties, it’s not clear why
