How will an SSD improve the life of a web developer?

Actually now 8 GB of RAM, usually 4 GB are involved (chrome and photoshop).
The CPU load is about 70% when using photoshop chrome.
I've been thinking about buying an SSD and leaving Windows, Chrome and Photoshop on it.
How much faster will the work be and in what?
What they say that programs and Windows will run faster for me is not very important. PS. I usually keep about 35 tabs in chrome. And yes, the current hardware of the computer is complete. But I'm saving up for a 17 inch laptop with an i-7 and a cool vidyuha

Photoshop will work.
Without an SSD, it cannot work with large files, because. after each operation you have to wait a long time.
I can’t imagine a modern computer without an SSD: the performance of everything there is much lower.
The only exception will probably be gamers.

everything is very simple. Life BEFORE ssd, and life AFTER ssd. You only need to try it once, and not ask stupid questions "how will it improve."

"If I see convincing arguments, then I will decide to buy at 120 or 240."
I would recommend about SSD 240 + add RAM up to 16.
As a last resort, SSD 120 + RAM.
Anything on an SSD will load faster.
Many small files (and this is Photoshop) will start faster.
Projects will load faster
Chrome can cache faster.
Unfortunately, already starting from the 7th Windows, it swells. With a set of software only for Windows and program files, it will take up to 50 GB, if not more.
Keep everything working on the SSD, all games, movies and regular backups on the HDD.

No matter how many cores your processor has, real multitasking starts with installing an ssd.
