How long does it take to reindex on Google Play?

Hello.
Recently I changed data in two of my applications. For one - the title and description, for the other - only the description.
After that, the number of new installs went to zero, the old keywords no longer pop up.
1) is there a chance that it will be reindexed and climb up?
2) is it possible to return the old positions if these changes are rolled back?
