Playstation app not working. Where can I find live Sony support?

There is an official playstation app in Google play from Sony. And a z1 compact phone.
It worked for me before. And at some point it stopped (in my opinion, after updating this very application).
The issue is that I can't log into it.
I launch, there is a button - Sign in to the PSN network. I press it - a browser opens where you need to enter your username and password.
I enter - correctly, writes everything is okay, you are logged in. Automatically redirects to the playstation app where the error occurs.
In short, everything can be seen in the screenshots.

What I did:
1) I changed the firmware from 108 to 157 with a wipe - it didn’t help
2) I cleared the cache \ deleted the application several times - it didn’t help
3) I wrote a comment on google play - the developers are silent
4) I wrote to Sony support by mail - [email protected] - IMEI was asked, then the ticket was closed without my consent.
5) I tweeted @Sony_Rus - they are silent.
What else can I do \ in which sports lotto to write so that I can log into this shaitan application ??

Either the bootloader is unlocked, or the DRM keys are lost .. Surely you installed custom firmware?
