If there is an opportunity to take better - take it better, especially if you plan to spend a lot of time in front of the screen. Once I still used monitors with CRT at 50-60, then TN at 60 Hertz. Now all the equipment, both the monitor and the TV set are 100+. My personal experience - I get tired less. I spend at least 12 hours.

From my own experience, I can say that it is better to take a larger screen (for example, 55 inches), preferably with OLED backlighting (in the absence of lighting, the colors on the TV are bright).
