Is there software for generating videos from a list?

Good afternoon.
Is there any software that feeds a list of videos as input (you choose, or it just takes files from a certain folder), and it gives you a compilation in a given order, with adjusted sound / image size (if the resolution of different videos is different)?
Thank you.
PS Adjusting the sound-image is not required, it is enough to generate from the list.
