Why does the firmware installation fail, the error is 8002f2b5?

On Sonya, a screw flew off after a power outage. When turned on, the system wrote that "the file system of the hard disk is damaged and will be restored." Recovery went on for a day, sometimes it reached 100%.... the process took place 3-4 times. did not help

Removed a hard ps3 formatted in FAT32 in Windows...
picked up a flash drive c REBUG_4.81.2 on board to Sonya's right nest. poured as it should.

@PskLife

RESOLVED:
1) remove hdd 2.5 from ps3, format it on a PC or laptop via Acronis (hard drive software) into a fat32 system. We extract 2.5 hdd
2) Insert a 2.0 flash drive (2GB is enough) into windows. Format it in fat32 format
Create a PS3 folder and the UPDATE folder in it - in capital letters
3) Throw the PS3UPDAT.PUP file (firmware file) into the UPDATE folder
4) Sew with official firmware , exactly the version that is on ps3, is not worth higher (for further hack). Firmware is STRICTLY official. )
