Is it possible to become a system admin by learning the backend?
I want to become a system administrator of servers, networks, databases (I have little idea about this). But I did not find suitable courses on system administration on the Internet, but I found many courses and books on Python, mysql, PHP. I want to install Linux and study all this there. Will I study these things to face the tasks of sys. admin?
PS If it matters, I read about many protocols, even tried ftp in practice (created a website), studied win8, understood what a local area network is. I also learned to type well and taught JavaScript a little.

When you develop, even if you do it under Linux, you will be faced with a very narrow range of Linux tasks. The system administrator solves a much wider and deeper range of tasks.
Better get a job as a sysadmin assistant / enikey manager / technical support employee, and read books and forums on professional topics in your free time. They are on the web. Start with habr, for example.
No. It will not work to sit on two chairs, otherwise you will not know either one or the other.
The administrator solves completely different tasks in completely different areas of knowledge. A simple example can be taken from the OSI model: the programmer works with the top three, the admin with the bottom 4, this is a different area of \u200b\u200bknowledge and logic. Working with the backend, you will not know anything about routing or switching, you will not conduct a deep analysis of the operation of ipfilter, tune the OS kernel and much more that the admin does. I'm already silent about such things as configuration managers (chef/Ansible/Puppet/etc).
PS Web administration is 95% Linux, knowledge of Win8 has nothing to do with it at all (not to mention the fact that it is not a server OS at all).
If you really want to become a Mecanicus Adept, you can start studying Yandex.Kit materials . You also need good (minimum Intermediate, better more) knowledge of the English language - without them, you will not know any documentation or international experience in dealing with problems.
The minimum age for an internship is 14 years old, you can try to look for enikei vacancies - but hardly anyone will take it before graduation.
